No, we sell education. We suggest that you purchase your kinesiology tape through a reputable distributor.
Yes — the course is designed for clinicians and motivated non-clinicians (coaches, trainers, athletes, parents, etc.).
If you bought through a distributor, a book with enrollment instructions is included. Use those instructions to enroll and get started.
Your CKTS™ designation does not expire.
The NCBTMB approved provider status (our ability to issue credits) is renewed every 2 years — but your certification remains valid.
If you see an old print-out with an expired provider date, simply reprint a new certificate from your account.
Yes, under certain conditions:
• Full refund within 24 hours of purchase if the course has not been started and no physical products have shipped.
• If products are shipped but the course has not begun, you will be refunded minus the value of shipped items plus a $10 admin fee.
• Once you begin the eCourse (even one module), sales are final.
No–sections must be completed in order, and progress is recorded when “Mark Section Complete” is clicked. If you leave and return to a section you haven’t marked complete, you’ll need to start that section over.

Yes — notes improve retention and make certification work easier. Your note entries are available in your account, but they will expire at the end of your 180-day course window.
Once you complete all requirements—including assignments and the exam with a passing score—you can download and print your certificate from your course page.
Yes — course records remain available up to 1 year after completion. We recommend downloading and saving a copy of your certificate for your records.
